Return Policy
We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something doesn’t work for your project, you have 14 days from the date of pickup or delivery to return it.
What Can Be Returned
✅ Standard in-stock moldings, trim, and casings in original, unused, uncut condition. Original packaging where applicable. Unmodified interior doors.
❌ Cut, painted, stained, or otherwise modified moldings. Custom-ordered or non-stock items. Clearance / final-sale items. Items damaged after pickup or delivery.
How to Return
1. Call or email us first — (916) 917-5701 or info@moldingmart.com — so we can confirm the return is eligible.
2. Bring it to the showroom during business hours (Mon–Fri 7–4:30, Sat 9–2). Or, if it was delivered, ask us about pickup options.
3. Refund processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged on Arrival
If something arrives damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours — we’ll send a replacement or process a full refund, no return shipment required.
Restocking Fee
Most returns have no restocking fee. Large or special-handling orders may carry a 15% restocking charge — we’ll always tell you upfront.
